Gabbie Hanna vs Trisha Paytas: Sexual-Health Rumor, Friendship Dispute and 2026 Revival

The feud became public in November 2019 after Trisha Paytas accused Gabbie Hanna of telling Paytas's then-partner Jason Nash that Paytas had herpes. Hanna acknowledged warning Nash about an unverified rumor but defended the decision as an attempt to protect a friend. Paytas denied having herpes and accused Hanna of harassment and slander. The dispute quickly expanded to mutual acquaintance Gabi DeMartino, a blackmail accusation by Hanna and Paytas's threat to involve lawyers.
