Pokimane vs Fedmyster / OfflineTV: Allegations, Removal, Document Leak and Responses
The conflict developed out of internal problems within OfflineTV that became public in June 2020. Yvonne Ng and LilyPichu published accounts alleging inappropriate conduct by Fedmyster, prompting OfflineTV to remove him from the organization and shared house. Fed apologized and stepped back from public life. Pokimane then said Fed had also been a major reason she had decided to move out of the house and accused him of manipulative behavior, including lying about the nature of their relationship, discouraging other men from pursuing her, isolating her from friends and creating narratives that damaged her relationships within the group. In November 2020, a private document written by Fed leaked online. The document contained selected text messages and challenged parts of Pokimane's public framing while stating that it was not intended to dispute Yvonne and Lily's accounts. Fed confirmed writing it but said it was leaked without permission. Pokimane responded first on stream and then with an 11-page document providing additional context, acknowledging that her friendship with Fed had included flirtation and mixed expectations while maintaining that this did not invalidate her claims about manipulation or the separate allegations that led to his removal. Fed published a second document on December 1, and Pokimane dismissed the renewed public exchange. When Fed returned to Twitch in June 2021, he gave a more explicit apology, acknowledged consent violations involving Yvonne, apologized to Lily and said the Pokimane document should never have been created. Pokimane then stated that she would not associate with him. No reconciliation between Pokimane and Fed or restoration of Fed to OfflineTV was identified. Pokimane later left OfflineTV on friendly terms in May 2023, with no public indication that the departure represented a continuation of the Fed dispute.
